Availability is subject to change and will be confirmed at the time of your enquiry.  

A deposit of 25% is required to confirm your booking.

The remaining balance must be paid no later than 10 weeks prior to arrival.

For bookings made within 10 weeks of the arrival date, full payment is required at the time of booking.

A refundable security deposit of US$1,000 is also required.

Any amendments to your original booking request, after confirmation and invoice have been issued, must be submitted in writing. Any applicable amendment charges will be advised at that time.

If you wish to cancel your booking, notification must be provided in writing. Cancellation charges will apply in accordance with the policy below. The effective date of cancellation is the date written notice is received.

If your reason for cancellation is covered under your travel insurance policy, you should contact your insurer directly to recover any applicable charges.

A cancellation invoice detailing the charges will be issued within 7–10 days of receiving your written notice.
